What makes the Nourish from Within program different from other online nutrition programs?

Most online nutrition programs focus on either education or community support, but not both. Nourish from Within combines expert-led, evidence-based nutrition education with a supportive, interactive community so you feel truly guided every step of the way. You’re not just learning about food freedom, you’re actively practicing it with tools, resources, coaching, and connection.

How do I access the lessons, resources, and group calls?

Each week, new lessons, resources, and handouts are released in our easy-to-use online learning platform. You’ll receive a weekly email reminder when new materials are available. Live, HIPAA-compliant group Q&A calls are hosted on Zoom, and all replays are uploaded to the Nourish from Within community so you can watch anytime. The community group is open 24/7 for connection, support, and encouragement.

How much time should I plan to spend on the program each week?

At a minimum, plan for about 1 hour per week to watch the lesson and complete the paired activities. For the best results, we recommend 2–3 hours per week to also take part in the weekly challenges, journal prompts, and live Q&A calls. The beauty of the program? You’ll have two full years of access to revisit and reinforce what you’ve learned.

Can I join if I don’t live in Illinois or the United States?

Yes! Nourish from Within is a fully virtual, global program. You can participate from anywhere in the world. All live sessions are recorded so you can watch at a time that works for you, no matter your time zone.

What if I can’t make it to a live group call?

No problem. All group Q&A sessions are recorded and uploaded to the community platform. You can even submit questions ahead of time so Nikki can address them during the call, and then watch the replay when it’s convenient for you.
