I'm sick and tired of feeling like I can’t trust myself with food.
I've tried every diet out there- with no results and no improvement in symptoms. I still don't feel any better.
I can't stop thinking about food throughout the day.
I am confused about what I should do to manage my health.
I'm a super picky eater and sometimes can't figure out what to eat at restaurants.
I have a hard time focusing and can't seem to get my work done.
I don't think my hunger and fullness cues are right. I can't trust them.
I feel afraid about my body continuously changing. Will I ever stop gaining weight?
I eat "clean" during the week but once the weekend comes, I only want to eat "junk" foods.
I lose my appetite when I'm anxious or worried about something.
I sometimes feel nauseous when eating or thinking about food.
I'm always tired and don't have the energy to get through the day.
I feel overwhelmed making food decisions.
My doctor told me I need to lose weight, but they didn't tell me how that will help me.
I always eat the same foods and have a hard time eating out and choosing new things.
Planning a meal feels daunting- where do I start?
Eating “healthy” is just too difficult for me.
I think I'm eating "too much" food.
I just don't who to trust anymore with food.
It sounds like we have some work to do.
If any of the statements listed above resonate with you, you are in the
right place.
And, it doesn't have to feel this way.
You can learn to nourish your body in a way that works for you,
by learning to attune to what's within.
Let's make food stuff easier.
I'm Nikki Fata, MPH, RDN, CEDS and founder of Nutrition with N, PLLC.
I guess my journey with food officially began in childhood, where I was raised by a (mostly) Italian family, and as you might imagine, food is everything. It means so much not only physically, but emotionally, socially, and culturally.
My professional journey with food and nutrition began by supporting those with diagnosed eating and mood disorders in treatment center settings, helping them get back on their feet and learn to nourish their bodies while challenging negative thoughts and behaviors.
I quickly learned that for most people, food stuff was complicated. I knew that I needed to work harder to expand my reach to support more people on their individual journeys to navigate this crazy world of food and nutrition, health and wellness.
I've seen a lot and heard it all, and most importantly supported so many people in making food stuff feel easier.
This is my passion. That's why I know that I can help you make lasting change.
I want you to feel freer, and I believe all people deserve to have a nourishing and satisfying relationship with food.
So...let's do this!
You feed yourself enough food, everyday.
You are no longer preoccupied with food thoughts.
It feels possible to eat all foods, regardless if they are "healthy" or not.
You feel satisfied after eating a meal or snack.
You are the one calling the shots on your food and health journey.
You recognize your worth, values and make decisions, confidently, based on what you care about.
You learn how to pick out helpful nutrition resources and cut through the noise.
You recognize food is an important part of your life, but that it is only one part.
Food is easy and fun again.

The Nourish from Within Program
If you fully engage in the Nourish from Within Program, you will be able to shift how you relate to food and yourself.
You will begin to meet yourself where you are at and recognize and practice progress rather than perfection.
You will make sustainable, long-lasting, doable changes to your every day life.
And, you won't continue on this hamster wheel any longer.
The lessons, resources and handouts are released weekly on an easy-to-use online platform. Don't worry, you will get a weekly email reminder when the materials are available! The live, HIPAA compliant group Q&A calls are hosted on Zoom. The community group is available at all times to members of the Nourish from Within Program.
At minimum I would expect to spend 1 hour per week watching the video lessons and completing the paired activities. On top of that, the weekly challenges, journal prompts, Q&A calls, etc. are optional but highly recommended. To receive the benefits from the program in its entirety, plan to spend 2-3 hours/week. Remember, you will have access to the materials for 2 years to go back and do the work again if you'd like!
No! You can join from anywhere in the world! You can always watch the live calls on your own time since they are recorded.
Yes! You can pay monthly at the regular price of $275 per month. You can also use buy now, pay later (Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay / Clearpay) which is available at checkout. If you want to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount, you have to pay in full.
Yes! Outside of the 2 free private appointments with Nikki included in the program, you can reach out via email at any time to ask questions and get support. You also have the option to add on further private appointments with Nikki to discuss, problem solve and process anything that comes up in the weekly lessons.
All live group Q&A sessions will be recorded and posted in the Nourish from Within community group so you can submit questions in advance, and rewatch the videos on your own time.
All videos and materials will be available for 2 years from the start of the program.
While I have seen educational programs to learn about various aspects of nutrition and health, and I have seen online support groups designed to create community and give space for members to discuss and process various topics, I have not seen a program that combines both. The Nourish from Within program is all encompassing to ensure that you feel totally supported on your journey toward food freedom.
Just one more question...
Which of these "results" sounds most appealing to you?
I can't promise that it will be easy, but I can promise that it will be worth it.
Let's make food stuff easier.
"She meets you where you are on your healing journey and leads sessions with compassion and understanding.
Nikki provides nutritional education to help debunk the food myths of diet culture, which has greatly helped me. Her space is safe, judgment-free, and encouraging. I highly recommend Nikki!"
"She was the first RD I worked with who wasn’t afraid to push back on my less-than-healthy notions about food and body."
"Working with Nikki has greatly improved my relationship with food and my body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dietitian who approaches their work with compassion and kindness."
"She provides all the evidence-based research you could ever ask for while you are learning to understand health outside the context of diet culture. I would recommend her to anyone."
"She is body positive and has taught me to see all food as fuel rather than separating into "good/bad" or "healthy/unhealthy" categories. Instead, she encourages me to eat the foods I love and also add other foods that can fulfill my nutritional needs."
"Nikki approaches food and eating attitudes from a holistic perspective. I feel considered as an entire human being, along with my goals, hobbies, and preferences. She is the perfect blend of knowledgeable and evidence-based while also being kind and deeply personable. The blend of all of these traits creates a provider who is smart, caring, and persistent."
